Capture Essence provides photography services for product photography, including studio and on-location work in القطيف, subject to availability and pre-session planning. The scope of each project is confirmed through the inquiry, reference review, shot list, and quote process before work begins.
Fees, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are confirmed in the project quote. Where a deposit is required, it may be used to reserve time and begin planning, and any remaining balance is due as agreed for the project.
Project terms may depend on the number of products, the agreed setup, the intended use of the images, and the condition and readiness of the items provided. Any sample setup, shot list, or delivery plan is subject to approval before production continues.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Capture Essence retains ownership of the underlying copyright and grants only the image license expressly stated for the project. No RAW files, rejected frames, or unedited camera files are included by default, and no broader rights are granted unless confirmed in writing.
Photography results depend on the items supplied, the approved brief, lighting conditions, and the scope of editing. Capture Essence does not guarantee exact recreation of reference images or product appearance, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
